Most undergraduates join us in entry level positions. We groom you into a thorough professional, adept at problem solving and enhance your client relationship skills. Based on an intersection of your competence, your career interest and prevailing industry dynamics, you would take on a role in core consulting, technology (horizontals) or work closely in a given sector towards a sectoral career(vertical growth path). We actively encourage individuals to pursue higher education and our policies are geared towards creating a lifelong alumnus of CtrlSpend.

Growth Path

Career growth at CtrlSpend is directly mapped to your contribution to the success of the clients we work with, rather than your experience levels. CtrlSpend provides challenging and stretch engagements for you to push yourself, at the same time offers much needed mentorship at this stage of your career. Though we look at contributions rather than time spent in a given role, an associate at an entry level would typically require about 2 yrs to progress into a client facing role.
